TwineCompile 5.1 installation problem in Tokyo

Hi,
I have installed the latest version 5.1 and when I start c++ builder Tokyo I get the following error Uninstalling and installing 5.0.0.133 works again but 5.1 always gives me an error when starting the IDE.

Please re-download the latest installer for 5.1 and reinstall. This issue has been resolved in the latest build.
