Is it possible that TC doesn't work actually with the new Update 4 of XE2?

In some packages I get: Error: Too many exports; only 65535 are permitted.

I already removed all dllexports and imports of the classes in these packages, but the error remains.

This is at link-time, correct?

Embarcadero put to many exports in vcle.lib!
