Pre-build events commands do not work with Twine Compile

I have a pre-build event that copies a PCH.pch from antoher project to my Win64x/Debug directory so that I only have to use it.
It works with C++Builder (TwineCompile5.10 disabled) but Twine compile does not compile with the copy command

Project Options => Building => Build Events => Pre-build events => Commands
My Command: copy ..\..\..\PCH\Win64x\Debug\PCH.pch Win64X\Debug

=> [C++ Error] TCGroupTargets130.Targets(46, 5): MSB6006 "mtbcc32" wurde mit dem Code 1 beendet.
I tried also to add a "On compile start" event for TwineCompile to copy the PCH.pch file but it gives me also an error

Can you provide the entire output of the Console Output tab in the TwineCompile Compile Window? I'm guessing there's an error being emitted prior to mtbcc32 quitting.
