I would prefer it the other way. But the important thing is, that it works now and it does :-) I also tried to reproduce it in a sample project, but had no luck (maybe the error only occurs if the project is a little bit bigger). I try to investigate further in it to provide you a "working"...

I turned the setting off, looks good so far!

It also occurs on normal Projects/Applications. If needed, i can post a Log of this as well.
I don't know if it can have an effect on this, but we are NOT linking with Runtime Packages in all of our Projects.

No, the only things we have installed are TMS-Components (VCL UI Pack/WEB GMaps) and EUREKA-Log (which is in most programs not even enabled). Neither of them should lock the .dfms (afaik).
