So I found out what happened! After I had careful look at the user name, it struck me. My company name had a slight change in it and a new account was created. I have bought TwineCompiler 5 on 22nd December and still awaiting my download under My Center.

After several support calls, this has not been resolved. Does anyone know what is happening?
