I've attached a potential fix for the DLL loading issue. Please extract into the TwineCompile Program Files directory.

I've attached a similar fix for 10.3.3. Please extract into the TwineCompile Program Files directory - it should overwrite an existing file.

Interesting. Hopefully it is an acceptable workaround. Still haven't had any luck reproducing the issue.

Interesting. I'll have to get back to you on this - the latest builds should have taken care of this. In the meanwhile, if you can use our jtmake utility to invoke MSBuild, it will take care of the proper configuration automatically. Can you try turning OFF the option to Compile Projects/Files without saving them? It's located under the TwineCompile options (the Plugin section)

Sorry for the delay in responding. We're still trying to replicate this issue - seems to be related to the static library creation for a package. Are you only seeing this with package builds, or it occurs with an application project as well?

Can you copy the entire contents of the Console Output tab in the compile window and paste it here?
